I used to be an extreme ball-pumper, I practised this for more then 10years.

In 2013 I bought my first stretch-ring and since then I became addicted to the fine art of ball-stretching.
Stretching can be done more often and has more permanent results then pumping.

For more then 1 year I was wearing12 hours a day a ring of 500g (at work).
This gave my sac a real permanent stretch, now I wear about every week for several hours a stack of 2 or 3 rings, in this way I keep my sac in shape on desired lenght

In march 2016 I reached a new maximum : 4 rings with total height of 13.5cm
I also hang weights on balls (see pics) I can hold 12kg (new max June 2020)
I still hope to increase this length, its a work in progress..
I love real live sessions were my balls are subject to extreme stretching
