I’ve heard it said Don Knotts was hung like a horse and was a very good poker player, and had accumulated a lot of money over the years. He would take theses winnings and invest in Real estate and had property all over the world. His big ranch in Texas was funded this way, and his love of animals was prominent here with many horses an thousands of head of cattle
