Actually it only hurts a little going through the skin, after that no pain at all. Even when I swirl the needle inside of mine to destroy them a little more it most times actually feels good.

Mine do a lot of times because I wrap them tight. Maybe I will do a video for you with them tied loosely and show you. It is kind of hot to see blood and fluids squirt out when they are real tight, though.

No there is not much blood supply to the balls. A lot more to the top of the penis that bleeds lots when I take needles out.
